Our Service
The owners/agents of SocialFriendsOnline retain the right to change the service made available to its members without prior notice both with regards to the facilities available and the content provided without any liability to you, the user. We also reserve the right, at own soul discretion, to delete any details or data posted on this website.
SocialFriendsOnline cannot in any way be held responsible for any consequence of the use of any service provided on the site, or any service provided by that we link to.
By accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing that SocialFriendsOnline or their agent can and will take recurring subscription payments at the end of each billing cycle as long as membership has not been cancelled. To unsubscribe to the service you must contact the administration either by:
- Going to "Contact Us" and opening a ticket using the "Cancel Rebilling" selection from the drop-down menu.
- Sending an email to the administrators with the subject "Cancel Rebilling" and including your Member ID and registered email address in the body of the email.
You also agree that as a free member, you accept restrictions to the service. You will not be able to respond to messages sent by other members or use certain facilities available to full paying members. The available facilities can be changed at any time without prior notice.
Your Responsibilities
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing that:
- Your are at or above the age of consent in the country or state in which you reside.
- You will keep your registered email address current and valid.
- Your Member ID and password are your responsibility and that blame for any misuse of the same cannot be laid on the owners/agents of SocialFriendsOnline and that any misuse must be reported immediately.
- Any information provided by yourself will be truthful and never given with the aim of willfully misleading others. This information must not be offensive, unlawful, illegal, threatening, harmful, abusive, tortuous, stalking, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, pornographic or designed to hurt or interfere with the lives of others.
- You will not encourage others to participate in illegal or offensive activities.
- Any photos posted on the site are a true likeness of yourself and are not a likeness of any other person living or dead, or any other creature or object, inanimate or otherwise.
- You understand our service may expose you to material that you might find objectionable or offensive and while the owners/agents of SocialFriendsOnline will do the utmost to ensure that such material isn't found on the site, they cannot in any way be held responsible for such content.
- You understand that any breech of your responsibilities can and will lead to the removal of your profile and the closure of your account without any offer of reimbursement or compensation.
It is also your express responsibility to ensure that you understand these terms and conditions including any modifications that may be made to them.
The Use of 3rd Party Scripts
The use of any scripts that are not part of the SocialFriendsOnline service is strictly forbidden and by agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing that you will not in any way or under any circumstances use such software.
Copyright & Trademark
The name SocialFriendsOnline is for use only by the owners/administrators/agents of the site and it is strictly forbidden to give false information leading others to believe that SocialFriendsOnline is part to any other site, service or company.
All material posted on members profiles is their own work and therefore copyright remains with the individual member. Any other copy, unless specifically stated, is the soul copyright of the owners of SocialFriendsOnline and cannot be used elsewhere without prior permission.
Refunds
By accepting these terms and conditions you are accepting that a refund of the whole or part of your membership fee or fees specific to any part of the service cannot be demanded or expected for any reason.
Miscellaneous
The owners/agents of SocialFriendsOnline cannot be held responsible for any goods or services that are linked from the site or otherwise advertised or discussed.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are accepting that the owners/agents of SocialFriendsOnline cannot and do not give any guarantee that you will meet other members or otherwise find any benefit in using of the service.
You also agree that the said owners/agents cannot and do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, secure, accurate or reliable at every and any given time.
You also agree that any information and/or advice provided by SocialFriendsOnline is not necessarily that of a professional and that the owners/agents of SocialFriendsOnline cannot and will not take responsibility for any occurrence related to the advice and/or information offered.
Applicable Law
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing that should a dispute arises between the owners/agents of SocialFriendsOnline and a user of the service, the laws of the UK will be the applicable laws by which the dispute will be resolved.
